Okay.. So I have slacked a little the last few days! And I will probably slack off this weekend too since I will be out of town visiting family.. Hubby comes home in 7 more days and a wake up!! Can't wait!!!
Day 20-163.6 About a half a pound from the day before, not too bad but really hoping for full pound days!
Day 21- 163.0 Still about a half a pound.. Not sure what the difference is in the days I lose a full pound and the days I only lose half pound..
Day 22- 161.8! Yes!! Skipped the whole 162's!!!! That's a little more than half pound!!!!!!
Day 23- 160.8 A full pound day!! I really hope this keeps up!! I really want to lose 25 total while he is gone!!
Total weight loss so far.. 14.4 pounds...
So by my calculations, need tolose 1.5lbs per day fr the remaining 7 days to lose 25 lbs or 2.2lbs for the 30lbs.. 30 aint happening... UNLESS... my bottle looks like there is more drops than for 7 days left.. I am hoping I have a few extra days worth in there!!

Diet...Day 18 and 19
Updating my blog every other day now as the weight loss has slowed down and isn't quite as exciting..
Day 18- 164.4 No loss, no gain.. really wish those days would stop and I would at least lose half a pound..
Day 19- 164.0 A little better, but nothing to jump for joy about..
I did win 50% off a 15 or 30 day supply.. So I picked 15day supply and will be extending my diet to 45 days! Hope I can do it!! You can do a 60day round without taking a break.. but I am hoping 45 days will give me the total results I am looking for..

Diet...Day 16 and 17

Hmm... 166.6 same ol' number for the ssecond day in a row.. Hoping this changes soon.. Would really love to be 150 when my honey gets home.. Little disappointed.. But o'well, tomorrows another day...
Day 17- :-D YES!!!!!!!!!!! 164.4, step back on the scale... 164.4!!! That's almost 2lbs in one day!!! I really hope I can do this a couple more days..

Diet...Day 14 and 15
Woke up yesterday to a slight weight loss... Scale looked at me at said 167.4 Didn't really do anything different yesterday.. Same ol' same ol'.. Did some grocery shopping and bought some more fish and a different type of steak.. I am not sure if it's in the protocol as I don't remember what kind it was.. It was a little thicker than the kind I had bought before.. The thin stuff dries out really easy and it's icky...
Today I woke up and stepped on the scale and is slightly grinned at me when it flashed 166.6 which means 8.6 pounds down in 15 days.. Not as great as I had hoped to do.. I have 21.4 pounds more to go to reach my goal of 30lbs.. My realistic goal was 25 which would leave me at 16.4 pounds to go.. That's 1.7lbs a day from here on out..
But today my Aunt from Tennessee!!! She took us out to eat.. I tried to stick as close to the diet as possible... I ordered tea.. unsweetened, but added Splenda since Stevia was not available. I had a steak, and steamed veggies.. But only ate the broccoli since you arn't suppose to mix them.. I also cheated just a little as I had a salad with a little fat free ranch, and a few small nipples off of the appatizers.. Will take a detox bath after I get done blogging to hopefully help from gaining as it helped last time.. It did cause me to stall.. but I would rather stall than gain..

Diet...Day 12 & 13
Day-12 Well I didn't blog yesterday... Wasn't too happy to have to post the number... 168.0 again... No loss, no gain.. But it's so frustrating! UGH!!! I know it was from having the double cheeseburger and reintroducing the fats and sugars back into my system.. and now I am very disappointed in myself... You live and you learn.. Hopefully the next few days are better and I can regain my groove!! I want so bad to lose 25... I am only at 7 right now and am on day 13... That means I need to lose 18lbs in 17 more days... So it's totally do-able if I can start losing a pound a day again and maybe make up that extra pound a couple days spaced out... Had no cheating yesterday... Back on the diet and more strict than ever! Regular meals so not going to post it... Chicken, broccoli, and strawberries... the usual..

Did some researching and found out that during your TOM (time of the month) will cause you to stall.. So I am not suppose to worry because after I get off my period I am suppose to have a "lovely day of weight loss" So I really hope this is what happens.. Dang Aunt Flo!!!
I am going to stop listing Breakfast as you are only allowed tea/coffee or water...
Also- I tried drinking the tea, and am not sure because of it being my TOM but I seemed to stall so I am back to water only.

DINNER: Chicken, and an apple.. I ran out of vegtables and am going shopping tomorrow... I need more broccoli.

Diet...Day 11
Well this morning started off better than yesterday.. Jump on the scale and it kinda grins at me when it flashes 168.0! That's MORE than a full pound! Although I would love a big giant grin from the scale when it flashes that I lost 2 or 3 full punds in one day.. But I think most people drop those big numbers in the first week..
So I screwed up a little today.. But there is a bright side to it.. I had to run errands today.. It's like an hour drive and by the time I got there and got my shopping done I had missed lunch and it was getting close to dinner time and the kids were hungry.. So I pulled in the McDonalds drivethru.. Order the boys' meals and had not even thought of ordering anything for myself.. Until the cashier asks... Would you like anything else.. I literally said..."No... Yes... No... Hang on a sec... " and sat there for a full minute looking at the menu.. when finally I added a McDouble to my order... I handed the kids their food and sat there driving trying to talk myself out of eating it, but I couldn't resist... So I opened it and started eating... I got about 3 bites in and all I could taste was grease! It didn't taste like it used to.. I don't know if it's because I have cut all that stuff out of my diet or what.. But it made me sick to my stomach.. Is this possible in only 8 days? (First 3 days you gorge so those don't count) I can also now taste sweetness in broccoli and are about as addicted to it as I am the apples.. Vegtables and Fruits seem to taste so much better!! I was talking to my husband on the phone, and while he is gone he is having manditory PT everyday so he is hoping to lose some weight as well.. we were thinking maybe we will start eating more healthy as a whole family. Anyway- the upside to the whole McDonalds ordeal was now I won't have the cravings for fast food, or the greasy foods because I know that they don't taste as good as they used to!
BREAKFAST: Water
LUNCH: Water and the McDouble :-(
DINNER: 3.5 oz of boneless, skinless chicken breast.. seasoned with Montreal Chicken Seasoning, broccoli (which now I am out of and need to get more of as well as fish!) and an apple.
Going to take a DETOX BATH tonight... 1lb of Epson Salt, and one container of baking soda!! Hope it works.. and does some sort of good!!
Tomorrow I will be sticking to the diet and no extras!!

Diet...Day 10
Well today was not such a good day when I stepped on the scale.. I didn't gain.. But I BARELY lost.. 169.2.. That's 6 full pounds down from when I started. But 4 lbs shy of where I want to be at this point. I have 20 days of the diet left (more if I have drops left at the end) and then there is the 3 days after where you stay on the 500 calories while your body flushes the remaining HCG.. Then for the next three weeks I slowly start introducing more foods back into my diet.. Hoping tomorrow I make up for the little I lost yesterday..
BREAKFAST: Water.. Duh.. lol.. I finally made some tea, but after drinking only water for so long.. it tasted too sweet.. Might have added too much Stevia..
LUNCH: Nothing.. I was so busy today that lunch totally skipped my mind..
DINNER: Fish, Broccoli and an Apple.. But I ate it early so I may have the chicken I thawed this morning meant for lunch as a late late dinner and call this my actual lunch..
I am hoping that I lose at minimum 25 pounds.. that will put me at 150 and I would be happy with that for now.. Then I would move on to the pilates, walking and 30 day shred which should get me to where I want to be by June!!

Day 9-
My weight this morning.. 169.8 down another full pound and I broke the 170's!! One goal down... 4 more to go..(160's, 150's, 140's and 130's) Day 9 has been the easiest so far.. I wasn't hungry today.. I ate my food and I was full. That was it. No cravings- well I take that back.. I was putting away the stuff from dinner and saw the Miracle Whip jar on it's side and went to pick it up and for one quick moment I was like, I can't wait til I can have a bologna and cheese sandwhich again.. I can't believe how much I know like apples! I literally used to hate apples.. Now I want one for my fruit for each meal. Although I still have my strawberries and my oranges. I think tomorrow I am going to throw some steamed broccoli into the mix. Try to mix things up a little and see if that helps.. I am really hoping I hit a 2lbs or 3lbs loss day.. Catch me up from my gorge days.. I gorged the first 3 days, so I have only been technically dieting for 6.. so 5.4 pounds in 6 days ain't too shabby..
BREAKFAST: Water as usual, although I did go to WalMart today and get a pitcher for tea so I might have tea for breakfast tomorrow.
LUNCH: I had talipa fish and an apple.. It was sooo good.. I have to admit I am liking the chicken and the fish more than the steak.. But the steak is a real thin layer of meat, not the thick juicy almost mooing kind.. that's my favorite.
DINNER: I had boneless, skinless chicken with the montreal chicken seasoning with another apple.. Writing this now I see I missed my vegtable today.. Guess if I get hungry I will snack on some celery..
I wish this was going better than it is.. While I understand 5lbs is a little over a week is good, on the HCG diet a pound a day is more difficult.. I may be going back to WalMart for some epson salt and baking soda for a detox bath..

Diet...Day 8
Well this morning down another full pound.. 170.8 this morning.. It helps to see the weight loss every day.. It seems I get more hungry at night time.. After about 8 I start getting hungry.. I added an extra drop to my last dose to help curb the hunger.. I wish there was some sort of sugar free candy I could suck on to keep my mouth occupied.
I don't feel I am doing as well as I should.. I have a couple of people who have done, or is doing the diet and I am not doing as well as they did.. At this point they had lost a pound for each day they had been on the diet.. I am on day 8 and have only lost 4.4 pounds.. While I realize thats a lot compared to normal dieting.. I was really hoping do accomplish a pound a day.. I would be exstatic to lose 30lbs by the end of this diet.. I guess I need to just buckle down and drink water.. Speaking of... *GULP GULP GULP*
I was a little lazy today and didn't take pictures of my meals..
BREAKFAST; Water as usual...
LUNCH: Wheat thins and water.. ( I had to make a ton of calls today and get the house deep cleaned.. when I am in a cleaning mood I am in a zone and can't stop until I am satisfied with the house)
DINNER: I had 3.5oz of steak grilled and seasoned with Montreal Chicken with a cup of lettuce and 8 strawberries sprinkled with Stevia sweetner..
I really need to find some new recipes.. But when I look at the recipes that Las Vegas HCG.com provided via the pamphlet and online.. They all just seem so complicated to make.. With four kids I don't have time to make a complicated dinner.. So for now I will stick with the George Forman grill.
Here's to hoping I wake up tomorrow to dropping 2 full pounds!

Diet...Day 7
Stepped on the scale this morning... down exactly another pound.. 171.8 I hope I can keep this up.. Really hoping I have a couple of really good days and lose 2lbs so I can catch up on the days the I gorged so I can lose a total of 30lbs.. Today has been a chaotic, hectic day.. Running around doing errands and making appointments.. on top of it in the rain.. I missed lunch but picked up some Melba Toast and Wheat thins today so I snacked a little instead of eating lunch. I was gone during lunch and didn't get home til 4 so that left little time to eat lunch.. I feel like I am feeling less and less hungry throughout the day other than when it is time for a meal..
BREAKFAST: WATER-I don't see this ever changing as all you can really do for breakfast is drink water, tea or coffee..
LUNCH: Water and snack on Wheat Thins Ranch.. Found out afterwards that Stoned Wheat thins were on the approved list, not regular Wheat Thins so I am not sure how much I went over for eating those.. I really need to start reading in detail what the approved foods are.. (Sorry, no pic for lunch)
DINNER: Since I finally got the Melba Toast I made a recipe from the book for Apple Crisp.. I think next time I make it, I will leave out the Melba Toast.. But it tasted fine plain so I may eat that with my next salad.. Speaking of salad I also had one of those for dinner.. I had a cup of lettuce.. And I can't stand lettuce plain so I measured out exactly 1/2 TEAspoon of ranch dressing to make it a little more tolerable. I also had 3.5oz of Talipa fish, seasoned with Montreal Chicken (as that's the only approved Spice I could find) But it is actually really good on anything so it's a win/win.

Diet...Day 6
Today I am one step closer... 172.8lbs when I steped on the scale.. I have to admit I cheated a little last night.. I am an emotional eater and I was making some bows and had preheated the oven to cook them and 5 minutes into the pre heating my oven's element blew up.. Pretty scary.. Especially since my hubby is many states away.. I tried calling the landlord but it was almost midnight and I got the voicemail.. So I called the fire department, who then told me to call 911.. So then they sent out the fire department (seemed stupid to me to go in a circle).. they came to the house and flipped the breaker, and pulled the stove out and unplugged it for me and then checked the walls for heat to see if there was a fire behind the wall.. So needless to say it was a hectic night.. I think the hardest part for me was not having my husband here.. I am a proud military wife but sometimes get emotional at times when I feel he is needed at home with his family and can't be here.
BREAKFAST: Water.. that's it.. I am not hungry when I wake up...
SNACK: Apple
LUNCH: 3.5 oz of pork (realized too late this is not on the diet protocol) 1/2 cup (equvilant to 2 stalks) of celery and water

It seemed so hard to gorge during the days I was suppose to, but when it came time to diet, all I could think of, was man I wish today was a gorge day.. So it's my own fault I didn't lose more..
BREAKFAST: I just had water.. didn't feel hungry
LUNCH: I had the same as yesterday.. Bonless Skinless Chicken Breast seasoned with the Montreal Chicken Seasoning (I am in love with this spice) and I also had an apple sliced!! I am usually not a fan of apples.. But today that's what I craved!!
BREAKFAST: I just had water.. didn't feel hungry
LUNCH: I had the same as yesterday.. Bonless Skinless Chicken Breast seasoned with the Montreal Chicken Seasoning (I am in love with this spice) and I also had an apple sliced!! I am usually not a fan of apples.. But today that's what I craved!!
DINNER: Talapia Fish seasoned with grinder pepper, 3 slices of tomatoe and another apple..
I find the diet being a little harder than I thought.. I am more hungry than I thought I was going to be.. and kicking soda is KILLING me.. But I am going to stick with it.. Just have to keep my eyes on the goal...

Diet...Day 4
Today started off well.. Jumped on the scale this morning and what did I see? 174.8 So technically I have lost a little weight since I started this diet.. Not much but you have to start somewhere.
Today is the first day on the VLCD(very low calorie diet) portion of the diet. I have decided that I will list a detailed menu of what all I have ate and post pics of each meal so that I can see what I ate when and how much I lost with those particular foods!
So here goes.. (I will update throughout the day so this entry will be incomplete until dinner time)
BREAKFAST: I had some water and two cutie oranges.. Found out they are a little high in sugar, but they are a lot less messy than an orange.. For future reference when I choose to eat a cutie, I will only eat one.
LUNCH: 3.5oz of Skinless, boneless Chicken breast, seasoned with McCormick Montreal Chicken Spice and a half cup of celery. This was actually really good!! The seasoning was awesome and I was actually full after I finished.. Although I have to admit I took one of the smaller bites of chicken and then ate all the celery and finished off the meat last!! (This is on a small plate)
DINNER: 3.5 oz Sirloin Tip Steak (I think is what it was called) Seasoned with McCormick Montreal Steak seasoning (which isn't on the approved list but I didn't want it plain) 1/2 cup of cucumbers and 7 Strawberries, sliced sprinkled with Stevia.
I forgot melba toast (not even sure what it is) when I went shopping the other day so I will be making a trip to WalMart for that and a pitcher for my tea.. I think one of the hardest parts is drinking so much water..

Diet...Day 3
Well I must have got the hang of this gorging part.. When I got on the scale this morning I had gained the pound I lost yesterday. Therefore I am back up to 175.2. Today is my last day on the gorging days.. Tomorrow I start the VLCD portion on the diet and hope that the weight just starts falling off..
I really want this to work. I have struggled with my weight my whole entire life. Right before I got pregnant with the twins I had finally gotten my weigh under control and was at 125. I only carried them for 26 weeks but measured full term. I think it was the stress of the 2 1/2 month NICU stay and trying to go back to just eating for 1 instead of 3 that really killed me. I was 163 when I delivered and have obviously gained since then. They are a year old now so I think it's time to stop blaming the weight on "Just having a baby"..
Hubby is in the military and is gone for the next month.. I really want to knock his socks off when he comes home.. Now if only I can figure out how to post pics I can post my before pics...

Diet...Day 2
Well I got on the scale today fully expecting to have gained a pound since I ate cinnamon rolls and McDonalds and drank soda all day.. To my surprise I lost a pound.. So I redid it.. and yep.. I am down to 174.2, down exactly a pound.. Guess I need to gorge better, but it is really hard to keep eating when you are full.. I bought some Lipton tea bags and some Stevia sweetner hoping that will curb my need for soda after my 3 days of gorging is over.. I really hope it is enough.. Soda is my crack and that will be the hardest part.. I just have to keep thinking.. it's only 30 days!!

Diet...Day 1
Day 1 of my diet--- Today is the first day of my diet.. I am tired of lugging around all the weight from having the twins.. So here goes.. Gorging isn't as easy as I thought it would be.. it's hard to eat on purpose when your full.. Especially because I have taught myself to not eat when I am bored. Started this morning out at 175.2! UGH! But I have 33 nights worth of meat weighed out (3.5 oz) and have enough apples, oranges, strawberries, celery, lettuce, cucumbers and bottled water to feed and keep alive a small army!!
Took my shirt off for the second one so you could see the back fat I hope to lose!
