From Fluffy to Fabulous Week 3 Summay
So here is Week 3 in review..
If you remember at my Week 2 summary I told you how I hurt my foot.. So this week was spent trying to figure out what I could do with my ankle so that I could work out without hurting it any further..

Feeling a lot better about losing again.. Although I hope to lose 3-4lbs in the next two weeks. Although this is the beginning of Week 4 it ends on the 2nd of the month and I didn't start until the 6th of August so I won't be done with a full month until the end of Week 5. I am hoping to lose a pound a week.. In a years time that is 52lbs by the end of next summer.. Which really I don't need to lose that much. My goal is to be down to 125-130... Which is 35-40lbs.. I don't want to be stick thin.. That's not attractive to me.. I want to be curvy and sexy.. Which is what I was before I got pregnant with the twins..

I still haven't started the walking.. I hate our hill that we live on, it's trecherous!! But this week I vow to add in more of the pilates.. Weekends are a little harder because hubby is home and I don't like working out in front of him! But I will try harder to send him to the bedroom to watch TV while I workout in the living room!

I need to watch better what I am eating. I've noticed if I skip lunch I lose the next day but if I eat lunch I gain, so I need to find more healthy foods to eat. This morning I ate breakfast and wasn't hungry at lunch time, so we shall see if this helps. I also need to eat smaller portions at dinner, but when I skip lunch I am starving by dinner time. So healthier meals and more fruit is in my future for next week...

I'm happy to say that I made it thru the whole 30 Day Shred movie last night.. It says it's 20 minutes, but they lied!! Lol.. it's 27 minutes 30 seconds. Once the kids start school I am going to try and add in some walking in the mornings.. But that may not be right after the bat.. I'm already giving up lots of goodies (and I like my food) but now to add on top of it giving up sleep.. That's a lot to give up right away..

Restart Date...
So after my last post in June I said I was going to do the 30 Day Shred for 30 days.. I failed.. I did it one day and quit.. A month later I regretted not keeping with it, but I just didn't have the time worked out so that I could fit it in..
So here it is the beginning of August and I made a promise to myself that I WILL do it this time. I just went through and reread all of my blog starting with my first day of the HCG diet.. This did nothing but motivate me to keep on keeping on.
I did start my 30 Day Shred challange on August 6th and will post every few days with the updates..

I've started doing the 30 Day Shred during the twins' naptime. The first day I could only make it through 7 mins of the workout before I couldn't do it any longer.. I am up to 18 mins and 30 seconds. My goal each time I do it is to do it a little longer than the last time.. Yesterday was the first day I missed doing the workout.. It was hard to fit in with one of my twins' waking up at 4am and staying up til 8am and then hubbs had leave and let me sleep in til 2pm and then I didn't want to do my workout in front of him.. But I am getting ready to do my workout for today.. Although it is 10:28pm and we are getting ready for bed I am going to make him go watch tv in our room and then I won't feel quite so self conscience about it..
I will do my weekly weigh ins on Sunday morning and post to keep my followers updated.. So I have 2 months to look good. We go to the race in Kansas in October and I want to be looking good by then.
I will post a before pic. This was taken in June at family reunion..

Hit and miss...
I so need to be able to stay motivated.. So I am committing myself to 30 days.. I will be starting the 30 day Shred tomorrow.. I know at first I won't be able to do the whole thing without breaks at first as I've tried it several times. But I will try my damndest to get through it.. I will commit myself to 30 days of it and maybe that will be motivation after I see some results.. Tomorrow before I get started I will post current before pics and will keep track of inches as well because I know I will be getting toned as well and the numbers on the scale may not show that I am losing but the inches will.. So first weigh in is in just two days. I don't expect to see a loss but tomorrow is day 1 of my 30 days. I also posted a ton of befores and afters on my pintrest to keep me motivted!!

Getting back on the horse..
So since the last post I made I quit doing the HCG... It's too hard, unrealistic and isn't the life change that I needed to make for long term weight loss.. I have since tried Weight Watchers as well.. Dieting is not my favorite and when I tend to go on a diet I eat more just knowing that I can't.. So I am going old school.. Portion control and exercise.. So since all the fad diets I know sit at a steady 166.. Maybe posting (as it automatically posts to my facebook as well for all my friends and family to read) I can be held accountable instead of just keeping my weight to myself.. So tonight I went for a 1.5 mile track.. Not a big effort, but a start just the same.. So I will do weekly weigh ins on Monday mornings.. Even though today is Wednesday it will be my start date for this week...

Holy Batman and Robin!!!
So freakin' excited when I stepped on the scale this morning.. Down another 1.4lbs!!! That means I am at 155.6.. totally skipped 156! The 140's are so close I can taste it!!!!
Yesterday for lunch I had a tenderloin steak, for a snack I had an apple, then for dinner (I saved my veggie from lunch) and had a taco wrap.. It had low fat hamburger with minced garlic, celery, green bell peppers and onions, with a touch of cumin and chili powder.. I sauted it all together and wrapped it in a low carb tortilla.. added tomato to the top and I was absolutely stuffed when I was finished.. I was saving my other fruit for a late night snack and totally forgot to eat it..
So here are my numbers for today!

A little bit at a time...
Okay I didn't update yesterday after my cheat day... So I gained .6lbs on my cheat day..(Which brought me to 158.4) Not bad for having two slices of pizza and a corndog with a Dr Pepper.. It was worth it to me.. It curbed all my cravings and I feel like I can stick to the diet the rest of this round now..
So last night I stuck to the diet and made something new.. I made Steak Pizziola.. it wasn't that great but it was something new.. I need to get lettuce so I can make some taco lettuce wraps and some bunless burgers.. I'm excited to try some new recipes! I went and bought all the things I don't normally carry that most the recipes call for, like garlic cloves and some spices..
So today I stepped on the scale and weighed in at 157.0.
So here's how my numbers look today...

Apple Days SUCK!
Okay so I decided to an apple day.. I am not sure if it's still because the chemicals in the Skinny Wrap are still in my system or what.. But I only lost .2oz yesterday.. I was so hungry.. So today I had a major cheat day.. I figured if I was going to cheat, I might as well CHEAT! I figured if I got some of my cravings out of the way and had some real food I might be able to finish this round of drops without having any more hurdles.. I was sooo hungry today.. So I had my regualr lunch for the diet.. and by the time dinner rolled around I was starving.. So I had 2 sm pieces of pizza and a corn dog.. Bad, but I will get back on track tomorrow.. I wish I could find some less complicated recipees on this diet.. the same ol food is getting awful boring...

Back on track...
So this morning scale time... Stepped on and I lost .6lbs.. I will take that over a gain ANY day.. So while two days ago I was disappointed in a little over 1/2 a lb lost.. Today I am satisfied with it.. After talking with a fellow HCG'er.. I have decided today to do an apple day.. This is where you eat 6 apples throughout the day and that's it.. Just apples.. Hopefully this helps make up for the 1lb gain .. Usually loss on an apple day ranges from 1-3lbs.. Depending on how big you are and how your body reacts to it.. I would love for the 3lbs loss but am thinking 1.5lbs is probably my luck..
On the skinny wrap.. It takes 72 hours for the full effect to take place.. I am 24 hours in (after taking off the wrap) So far i've lost 6 inches around my mid section (you measure the top of your stomach, the middlish, like across your belly button, and the bottom). But like I said before, I won't be doing another wrap until after I have finished the HCG and it is all out of my system..
So numbers as of today look like this..

And I thought yesterday was a bad day... :-(
So yesterday I tried a Skinny Wrap.. It's a wrap you put on the part of your body that needs the most work.. (You can use them on your stomach, chin, arms, thighs or love handles). You leave it on anywhere from 45 mins up.. You can do like I did and wear it over night.. I did take before and after pics but I don't want to share them until it has fully taken affect (you won't get your full results until after 72 hours) But I can tell you I can already tell a difference..
Bad thing about it though... is I gained a pound. I didn't go off of my diet and still gained a full pound.. I am thinking maybe the two chemicals (Detox in the skinny wrap and chemicals in the HCG) had an adverse reaction to eachother and caused me to gain. So I am in the process of winning another wrap now and have decided if I win it I will wait until I am completely off the HCG before I wrap again.. Don't want to be gaining when I barely eat.. Hardly seems fair..

Not looking so great... So tonight (since the detox stays in your system and works for a full 72 hours after you wrap) I took a walk.. a long one... made 3 laps and it wasn't a flat walk by any means.. The hills killed my calves but I am hoping that might help with the weight gain from today..

So I am in the process of winning another wrap now and have decided if I win it I will wait until I am completely off the HCG before I wrap again.. Don't want to be gaining when I barely eat.. Hardly seems fair..

Not looking so great... So tonight (since the detox stays in your system and works for a full 72 hours after you wrap) I took a walk.. a long one... made 3 laps and it wasn't a flat walk by any means.. The hills killed my calves but I am hoping that might help with the weight gain from today..

Can't have great days every day...
Well this morning I stepped on the scale and I weighed in at 157.6. Down .6lbs not great, but it's not a gain.. So my current totals are at:

I had my husband just measure my height and I was 5'1 1/2!! Which is a great thing.. Because for enlistment I go from having to weigh 127 to being able to weigh 134! That's a reachable goal by the end of June, beginning of July. But I am still going to set my goal at 133 in case the army scale is off from mine! This is getting better and better as I get closer to reaching my goal!! :-D

So my aveage is going to suck and go up if I can't make up for that half pound.. But I am also averaging it putting in 15 days days of HCG drops left.. Each bottle has lasted me more than it's specified time but I am using 15 days to stay safe. I just opened the bottle today so really I probably have about 20 days to lose if not more so it's more like 1.2lbs I need to lose on average a day..
Nothing new pertaining to the diet.. Still have not experianced any side effects or excessive hunger. I really need to find a website that has some new SIMPLE reciepe's with things I actually have in my house.. I need some new idea's for dinner. The same ol' thing is getting old fast..

Broke the 150's!!!
Today is going to be a GREAT day!! Stepped on the scale this morning and weighed in at 159.2lbs. I can't tell you how exciting it is to break the 150's. So on Day 4 I dropped 1.4lbs!
To reach my goal weight of 133lbs I need to lose an average of 1.6 lbs a day for the next 16 days. I have a little bit of drops left in one bottle and a full unopened 15 day supply as well.. On my last few bottles (I have had a 30 day supply and a 15 day supply) they have both lasted longer than the 30 and 15 days. So I am saying I have 16 days left when I might have more than that. But if I can reach 133 I would be exstatic! OMGosh I cannot tell you.
I know beauty is on the inside, but the confidence I get when I am thin is an amazing feeling. To me I am the fat girl who has a pretty face, and to have the pretty body to go with it is what I want. I don't want it for anyone else... I don't feel the need to be skinny for my husband, he tells me everyday I am beautiful and that there isn't anything wrong with me. But I don't agree.
If I can reach my weight goal not only will I be healthy again, along with gaining my confidence back, but I will also be able to join the military which is my ultimate goal!!

Getting back on the horse...
Well I decided that it was time to climb back on the horse again.... So here goes..
I had went back up to 164.0.. So that was my starting weight this time.. I like doing the blog because it helps to hold me accountable..
So this round so far looks like this
Starting weight: 164.0
Day 1 162.4 Down 1.6lbs
Day 2 161.0 Down 1.4lbs
Day 3 160.6 Down .4lbs
So so far in 3 days I am down 3.4lbs.. Not too bad.. I have a 15 day supply left to use.. I also have won a few Skinny Wraps on Facebook and will post before and after pics after I wrap. Supposedly you lose 1-3 inches with each wrap, it tightens your skin, and lessens the appearance of stretch marks.
I am not sure if I mentioned it on here or not but I am enlisting to join the National Guard.. I am not sure if I am going to go AGR (Active Guard Reserve) or not yet, I am hoping to but depending on what job I end up with depends on if any AGR spots are open. I have taken my ASVAB a couple of weeks ago.. You must score a 50 to pass and a 99 is the highest possible score.. I scored a 90!! So I can get almost any job that requires book smarts... Being a mechanic is out though.. I am no good at that stuff.. I am supposed to be 127lbs to be able to enlist.. I don't think I can hit that before August.. BUT you can also tape out (where they figure your body fat %. I need to be under 33%. The last time I taped I was 44% So I have a bit to go. I need to be able to at least tape out by the beginning of August although mid July is my goal. So after this HCG round is done I will work my tail off with exercise and careful calorie counting and my last resort is to use the wraps..
So here we go again. I will try to do a daily update if not I will do a several day update like I did at the beginning of this post...

Fail..
So let me just tell you... it's not smart to try and diet when you are premenstrual.. That's when my chocolate and sugar cravings are the worst.. I decided not to do the 2nd round for right now.. I have pretty much maintained my loss.. Every morning I wake up and weigh 163.6.. I had started to walk the local walk way and then it decided to rain for the last week or so.. I understand I need to make life changes and not just do fad diets..So I have 1 of 2 options.. Either wait until after Easter and do the 2nd round again.. or work on the excercise side of the diet for a while and do the 2nd round when I plateua and can't lose anymore.. I would suspect that would be around 140... My goal weight is 125-135... It is realistic..thats where I was before I got pregnant with the twins.. I just need to get the same motivation I had the last time I lost all my baby weight... I did it the healthy way last time.. regular excercise and eating somewhat healthier.. I still ate what I wanted I just used portion control...

Update...
Okay.. So after my last post I went to my mothers for Spring Break... BIG FAIL for me.. I left and weighed 160.0.. down 15.2lbs.. I came home weighing 162.4.I had gained about 2.5lbs while i was there.. I tried to stick to my diet but it was so hard.. I still didn't drink soda... but not eating her cooking was killing me.. Especially when she made homemade tortilla's!!
So today if my first day on phase 2, round 2.. (D1P2R2).. Started out at 162.4 (at least I was able to maintain the loss..Hope for loss tomorrow!!

Diet...Day 20-23
Okay.. So I have slacked a little the last few days! And I will probably slack off this weekend too since I will be out of town visiting family.. Hubby comes home in 7 more days and a wake up!! Can't wait!!!
Day 20-163.6 About a half a pound from the day before, not too bad but really hoping for full pound days!
Day 21- 163.0 Still about a half a pound.. Not sure what the difference is in the days I lose a full pound and the days I only lose half pound..
Day 22- 161.8! Yes!! Skipped the whole 162's!!!! That's a little more than half pound!!!!!!
Day 23- 160.8 A full pound day!! I really hope this keeps up!! I really want to lose 25 total while he is gone!!

So by my calculations, need tolose 1.5lbs per day fr the remaining 7 days to lose 25 lbs or 2.2lbs for the 30lbs.. 30 aint happening... UNLESS... my bottle looks like there is more drops than for 7 days left.. I am hoping I have a few extra days worth in there!!

Diet...Day 18 and 19
Updating my blog every other day now as the weight loss has slowed down and isn't quite as exciting..
Day 18- 164.4 No loss, no gain.. really wish those days would stop and I would at least lose half a pound..
Day 19- 164.0 A little better, but nothing to jump for joy about..
I did win 50% off a 15 or 30 day supply.. So I picked 15day supply and will be extending my diet to 45 days! Hope I can do it!! You can do a 60day round without taking a break.. but I am hoping 45 days will give me the total results I am looking for..
Day 18- 164.4 No loss, no gain.. really wish those days would stop and I would at least lose half a pound..
Day 19- 164.0 A little better, but nothing to jump for joy about..

Hmm... 166.6 same ol' number for the ssecond day in a row.. Hoping this changes soon.. Would really love to be 150 when my honey gets home.. Little disappointed.. But o'well, tomorrows another day...
Day 17- :-D YES!!!!!!!!!!! 164.4, step back on the scale... 164.4!!! That's almost 2lbs in one day!!! I really hope I can do this a couple more days..
I am on day 17 out of 30- which leaves me 13 days left... My goal is 25-30 pounds.. so far I have lost 10.8lbs.... so by my calculations I need to lose 1.1lbs a day for the remaining days to hit 25lbs.. or 1.5lbs for the 30lb goal...

Diet...Day 14 and 15
Woke up yesterday to a slight weight loss... Scale looked at me at said 167.4 Didn't really do anything different yesterday.. Same ol' same ol'.. Did some grocery shopping and bought some more fish and a different type of steak.. I am not sure if it's in the protocol as I don't remember what kind it was.. It was a little thicker than the kind I had bought before.. The thin stuff dries out really easy and it's icky...
Today I woke up and stepped on the scale and is slightly grinned at me when it flashed 166.6 which means 8.6 pounds down in 15 days.. Not as great as I had hoped to do.. I have 21.4 pounds more to go to reach my goal of 30lbs.. My realistic goal was 25 which would leave me at 16.4 pounds to go.. That's 1.7lbs a day from here on out..
But today my Aunt from Tennessee!!! She took us out to eat.. I tried to stick as close to the diet as possible... I ordered tea.. unsweetened, but added Splenda since Stevia was not available. I had a steak, and steamed veggies.. But only ate the broccoli since you arn't suppose to mix them.. I also cheated just a little as I had a salad with a little fat free ranch, and a few small nipples off of the appatizers.. Will take a detox bath after I get done blogging to hopefully help from gaining as it helped last time.. It did cause me to stall.. but I would rather stall than gain..

Diet...Day 12 & 13
Day-12 Well I didn't blog yesterday... Wasn't too happy to have to post the number... 168.0 again... No loss, no gain.. But it's so frustrating! UGH!!! I know it was from having the double cheeseburger and reintroducing the fats and sugars back into my system.. and now I am very disappointed in myself... You live and you learn.. Hopefully the next few days are better and I can regain my groove!! I want so bad to lose 25... I am only at 7 right now and am on day 13... That means I need to lose 18lbs in 17 more days... So it's totally do-able if I can start losing a pound a day again and maybe make up that extra pound a couple days spaced out... Had no cheating yesterday... Back on the diet and more strict than ever! Regular meals so not going to post it... Chicken, broccoli, and strawberries... the usual..
Day 13.. Woke up this morning and weighed 167.8 Hoping I can start on my losing streak again and tomorrow I hope it to read 166.5! That is my goal.. Going to force myself to drink more water.. and cut out the tea... I started drinking it and it's not doing me any good... Hope for a better day today.. Will update throughout the day with my menu!
Did some researching and found out that during your TOM (time of the month) will cause you to stall.. So I am not suppose to worry because after I get off my period I am suppose to have a "lovely day of weight loss" So I really hope this is what happens.. Dang Aunt Flo!!!
I am going to stop listing Breakfast as you are only allowed tea/coffee or water...
Also- I tried drinking the tea, and am not sure because of it being my TOM but I seemed to stall so I am back to water only.
LUNCH: Steak, celery and an orage.
DINNER: Chicken, and an apple.. I ran out of vegtables and am going shopping tomorrow... I need more broccoli.
Day 13.. Woke up this morning and weighed 167.8 Hoping I can start on my losing streak again and tomorrow I hope it to read 166.5! That is my goal..
