Fail..

So let me just tell you... it's not smart to try and diet when you are premenstrual.. That's when my chocolate and sugar cravings are the worst.. I decided not to do the 2nd round for right now.. I have pretty much maintained my loss.. Every morning I wake up and weigh 163.6.. I had started to walk the local walk way and then it decided to rain for the last week or so.. I understand I need to make life changes and not just do fad diets..So I have 1 of 2 options.. Either wait until after Easter and do the 2nd round again.. or work on the excercise side of the diet for a while and do the 2nd round when I plateua and can't lose anymore.. I would suspect that would be around 140... My goal weight is 125-135... It is realistic..thats where I was before I got pregnant with the twins.. I just need to get the same motivation I had the last time I lost all my baby weight... I did it the healthy way last time.. regular excercise and eating somewhat healthier.. I still ate what I wanted I just used portion control...

Update...

Okay.. So after my last post I went to my mothers for Spring Break... BIG FAIL for me.. I left and weighed 160.0.. down 15.2lbs.. I came home weighing 162.4.I had gained about 2.5lbs while i was there.. I tried to stick to my diet but it was so hard.. I still didn't drink soda... but not eating her cooking was killing me.. Especially when she made homemade tortilla's!!

So today if my first day on phase 2, round 2.. (D1P2R2).. Started out at 162.4 (at least I was able to maintain the loss..Hope for loss tomorrow!!
