Injury=Bad week! :-(

Okay so by the end of week 1 I was down a little over a pound..  But at the beginning of week 2 I hurt my ankle.. :-(

So here is my Week 2 review and then I'll go further into detail

Nothing (My foot was really sore, but I didn't want to really hurt myself so I did nothing)

Nothing (Now walking down the stairs my ankles were giving out and I almost fell down the stairs)

Nothing (It was hurting. I didn't have to be walking or anything, just sitting and I was in pain)

I was crushed that I gained.. But there wasn't anything I could do about it.. My foot hurt and I couldn't figure out how to make it better.. So this week I tried wrapping it with an ace bandage.. Didn't help.. Then I figured maybe it was because I was working out without any shoes on... So far this week I only worked out once (that's when I tried it with the wrap) and today I figured it may be the shoe thing.. So tonight I will try it with shoes.. If I can't do it then I will at least do my pilates.. My foot has started to feel better.. What hurts the most is jumping jacks and lunges (side and front). Hoping this week to be back to my Week 1 ending if not less!! I will update again Tomorrow Morning with the end of Week 3's weigh in
