Week 3 Weigh In
164.6!
Which is where I was the first week.. So I lost the two pounds I gained back last week! Moving on to week 4...
Weight Loss since beginning the 30 Day Shred 1.2lbs
Weight Loss since the beginning of the year 8.4lbs
I still haven't started the walking.. I hate our hill that we live on, it's trecherous!! But this week I vow to add in more of the pilates.. Weekends are a little harder because hubby is home and I don't like working out in front of him! But I will try harder to send him to the bedroom to watch TV while I workout in the living room!
