So here is Week 3 in review..
If you remember at my Week 2 summary I told you how I hurt my foot.. So this week was spent trying to figure out what I could do with my ankle so that I could work out without hurting it any further..

27 minutes 30 Seconds (This is the day that I wrapped my ankle with ace bandages. But that didn't help. I was still in a lot of pain after my work out)

14 mins (I wore shoes laced tight for this workout. I only did 14 minutes because it seemed to be helping and my ankles weren't sore but I didn't want to push it)

Feeling a lot better about losing again.. Although I hope to lose 3-4lbs in the next two weeks. Although this is the beginning of Week 4 it ends on the 2nd of the month and I didn't start until the 6th of August so I won't be done with a full month until the end of Week 5. I am hoping to lose a pound a week.. In a years time that is 52lbs by the end of next summer.. Which really I don't need to lose that much. My goal is to be down to 125-130... Which is 35-40lbs.. I don't want to be stick thin.. That's not attractive to me.. I want to be curvy and sexy.. Which is what I was before I got pregnant with the twins..
This is my goal body...
I WILL GET THERE!!!!!
