So after my last post in June I said I was going to do the 30 Day Shred for 30 days.. I failed.. I did it one day and quit.. A month later I regretted not keeping with it, but I just didn't have the time worked out so that I could fit it in..
So here it is the beginning of August and I made a promise to myself that I WILL do it this time. I just went through and reread all of my blog starting with my first day of the HCG diet.. This did nothing but motivate me to keep on keeping on.
I did start my 30 Day Shred challange on August 6th and will post every few days with the updates..

I've started doing the 30 Day Shred during the twins' naptime. The first day I could only make it through 7 mins of the workout before I couldn't do it any longer.. I am up to 18 mins and 30 seconds. My goal each time I do it is to do it a little longer than the last time.. Yesterday was the first day I missed doing the workout.. It was hard to fit in with one of my twins' waking up at 4am and staying up til 8am and then hubbs had leave and let me sleep in til 2pm and then I didn't want to do my workout in front of him.. But I am getting ready to do my workout for today.. Although it is 10:28pm and we are getting ready for bed I am going to make him go watch tv in our room and then I won't feel quite so self conscience about it..
I will do my weekly weigh ins on Sunday morning and post to keep my followers updated.. So I have 2 months to look good. We go to the race in Kansas in October and I want to be looking good by then.
