A little bit at a time...

Okay I didn't update yesterday after my cheat day... So I gained .6lbs on my cheat day..(Which brought me to 158.4) Not bad for having two slices of pizza and a corndog with a Dr Pepper.. It was worth it to me.. It curbed all my cravings and I feel like I can stick to the diet the rest of this round now..

So last night I stuck to the diet and made something new.. I made Steak Pizziola.. it wasn't that great but it was something new.. I need to get lettuce so I can make some taco lettuce wraps and some bunless burgers.. I'm excited to try some new recipes! I went and bought all the things I don't normally carry that most the recipes call for, like garlic cloves and some spices..

So today I stepped on the scale and weighed in at 157.0.

So here's how my numbers look today...
