So since the last post I made I quit doing the HCG... It's too hard, unrealistic and isn't the life change that I needed to make for long term weight loss.. I have since tried Weight Watchers as well.. Dieting is not my favorite and when I tend to go on a diet I eat more just knowing that I can't.. So I am going old school.. Portion control and exercise.. So since all the fad diets I know sit at a steady 166.. Maybe posting (as it automatically posts to my facebook as well for all my friends and family to read) I can be held accountable instead of just keeping my weight to myself.. So tonight I went for a 1.5 mile track.. Not a big effort, but a start just the same.. So I will do weekly weigh ins on Monday mornings.. Even though today is Wednesday it will be my start date for this week...

This is the date of our next big trip.. To the next Nascar race...
