I so need to be able to stay motivated.. So I am committing myself to 30 days.. I will be starting the 30 day Shred tomorrow.. I know at first I won't be able to do the whole thing without breaks at first as I've tried it several times. But I will try my damndest to get through it.. I will commit myself to 30 days of it and maybe that will be motivation after I see some results.. Tomorrow before I get started I will post current before pics and will keep track of inches as well because I know I will be getting toned as well and the numbers on the scale may not show that I am losing but the inches will.. So first weigh in is in just two days. I don't expect to see a loss but tomorrow is day 1 of my 30 days. I also posted a ton of befores and afters on my pintrest to keep me motivted!!
Let's do this!
